To begin, we’ll vacuum your floor to remove any surface dirt before using LVT cleaning products and our rotary machine to begin lifting ingrained dirt. We may do this by hand or with a machine, depending on the size of the area.
This process will allow the dirt to come to the surface. We’ll then use our truck mount machine to rinse the floor, and then rinse it again! This removes all the water, taking the dirt with it, leaving your floor completely spotless.
To finish, we’ll then assess if your floor needs resealing. If the flooring has lost its sheen or the original protective seal has begun to break down, a reseal may be necessary.
If it does need resealing, we’ll wait until the flooring is completely dry before covering it in a few layers of high sheen sealant. Not only does this make your luxury flooring look luxurious once more, but it also restores its durability.
